You don't want to disappear.
You want to stop feeling like you already are.
You don't want to disappear.
You want to stop feeling like you already are.

For the people who depend on you.
The responsibilities that keep multiplying.
The reputation of being the one who handles it.
And you do handle it.
But there's something living underneath all of that — something most people never see.
The EXHAUSTION that arrives before the day even begins.
Even when nothing is actively wrong.
The irritability that rises without warning and comes out sideways at the people you love most.
And Sunday night...
That familiar dread that settles into your chest before the week has even started.
The fantasy of just — NOT.
Of disappearing for a while.
Not because you hate your life.
You've tried time off.
You've tried pushing through.
You've tried telling yourself it's just a busy season.
But busy became your baseline.
And somewhere along the way, you got lost in it.
There's nothing to perform here.
Nothing to prove.
No one measuring how well you heal.
This is where you come home to yourself — maybe for the first time.
We've been waiting for you.

Align & Thrive is a small-group program for capable, exhausted women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves.
This is not about doing more. It's not about optimizing your way to okay.
It's about learning — slowly, gently, with support — to come home to yourself.
Practicing nervous system regulation..
Practicing self-compassion and self-permission.
Practicing in community.
We work in four movements:
1) Safety.
2) Relief.
3)Agency.
4) Joy.
Not as concepts. As lived experiences that build on each other until you recognize yourself again.
In a small group of women who know exactly what it feels like to be you right now.
With no performance required.
No pressure.
Just consistent, trauma-informed support.
You wake up already behind.
Before you've taken a single breath that belongs to you, the weight of everything that needs to happen is already pressing down.
You snap at someone you love because there was nothing left.
You lie down at night with clenched fists and a mind already running through tomorrow.
And underneath all of it, there's a question you don't quite let yourself finish:
Is this just what my life is now?
Nobody taught you how to listen to your body.
Nobody gave you permission to stop.
Nobody showed you it was safe to need help.
Learn more about why this is happening and how we can help you.

For years, I was the one who held it together.
Through graduate school and the panic attacks that came with it.
Parenting children with complex needs and the sleepless, guilt-ridden nights that came with it.
Leading teams through organizational upheaval and the chronic burnout and relentless sickness that came with it.
And through the years when my son was in acute crisis, messaging me with news I couldn't unhear, while I sat in C-suite meetings I couldn't leave.
I didn't know how to put down either one.
So I carried both.

I kept going. I always kept going.
Believing that if I could just carry it all a little longer, safety was somewhere just ahead.
IT WASN'T
On the outside, I was functioning at the highest level of my career.
On the inside, I was disappearing.
Not dramatically. Not in a way anyone could see.
Just quietly, consistently, overriding the signals my body was sending. The way I had my whole life.
Except now, life was asking more of me than any human being could hold at once.
And I kept saying yes anyway.

...through years of therapy, somatic work, and learning to give myself permission. One small choice at a time.
Today, the changes that matter most are quiet:
Checking in with my body instead of my calendar.
A lunchtime walk I actually take.
A playful interaction with my dogs.
Taking a bathroom break before the end of the day.
I am not standing here perfect.
I am standing here present.
And I built this program with what it actually takes for you to find your way back to yourself.
Not the part of you that manages everything.
The quieter part. The one that's been waiting for permission to need something for herself.
That part brought you here. It's worth listening to.
There's no wrong way to take the next step.
Something brought you here. That's worth trusting.
Book a thirty minute discovery conversation.
This is not a sales call.
It's a real conversation about where you are, what you're carrying, and whether Align and Thrive is the right fit for this season of your life.
I'll listen. I'll ask you the kinds of questions that help you hear yourself more clearly. And I'll be honest with you about whether this program is what you actually need right now.
If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you that.
No pressure. No urgency. Just thirty minutes that belong entirely to you.
That's okay too.
